Exploring Constellation Work

I am so pleased that Peter Melrose has agreed to bring some of his own exploration and practice around Constellation Work to our group down here in Devon. Peter has been an attendee at our group and having met up with him yesterday to chat about this event, I know that he is looking forward to some experimentation with us.

Peter is a very experienced and wonderful Executive Coach who has many strings to his bow. In the context of Constellation work, he trained with Judith Hemming and Terry Ingham in association with the Nowhere Foundation and is continuing to weave and integrate this body of work into his own practice.

This event will suit anyone who:

  • Wishes to explore Constellation work (the exercises will be accessible to people with no knowledge or experience of the theory)
  • Wants to further develop working somatically (using whole body and senses)
  • Is interested in systemic work
  • Loves experiential learning and being in the moment

If you are planning to join us, then there are also two requests please:

  • If you have experience of facilitating Constellation work and would be willing to facilitate a small exercise, under Peter’s guidance, please flag that up to me when you reply.
  • Also, if you work in an organisational setting where there is ‘an issue’ that you could and would be willing to bring, we’d welcome that too

As people who recognise they are responsible for their own long-term development and can be catalysts for change in others, we invite you to join us at Sadler Heath South West on Friday 17th September. The event is being held in the beautiful Escot House , near to Ottery St Mary in Devon, between Exeter (airport and train links), Honiton and Tiverton (train links). Devon,

We have been running these events in Sadler Heath since November 2002, and over 450 people have attended them in groups of anything between 10 and 45.  Our sessions are generally very interactive, dynamic events where the quality of the people attending brings huge value to all of us.  Participants take responsibility for their own learning and insights and, respectfully and enthusiastically, contribute to the learning and fulfillment of others there.  We hope you will have a rich and enjoyable experience and come away:

•    Excited about the potential you tap into
•    More aware of your inner resilience to embrace change
•    Appreciating what ambiguity and uncertainty can bring
•    Connected with other people also committed to their own long-term personal development.

Sue Holland will moderate the session and Peter Melrose will bring the process for exploration and learning this time.

For those of you who are new to Sadler Heath, we encourage you to learn as much about Sadler Heath before you come by examining the website to give yourself an idea of what Sadler Heath is all about.  We also have some guidelines about what keeps our sessions a rewarding, safe learning environment which we would ask you to pay attention to.

The event will start promptly at 09.00 (with breakfast being available from 08.30) and the morning session will close at 12.30pm.

As usual, we ask participants to help us cover the cost of the breakfast, facilities, light lunch, administration and the website by contributing £45 each. Cheques on the day made out to Sadler Heath Ltd are perfect.
