Mind, Myth and Movement

Fri, 13th October, 2017 from 9:00 AM, in London

You are invited to join an event in London with Alan Ashley, exploring the interplay of archetypes, meditation, neuroscience and embodiment. Here’s what Ash has to say about it:

“Jeremy’s challenge to me has been to distil material that would normally be covered over several days into a three hour session – so here goes!

We’ll be collectively unpacking – crowdsourcing, if you like – the symbolism of the Monarch/Leader, Warrior, Lover and Magician archetypes, and then using these lenses to cast new light on our usual ways of relating, finding ways to bring a bit more awareness to our choices about how we interact, and expanding our ranges.

Pandering to the facilitator’s preferences, the session will include some meditative stuff, music, playfulness, reflection, talking, and probably at least a bit of silliness.”

Alan Ashley is a former Buddhist Minister who now works as a coach, meditation and mindfulness teacher, facilitator and carpenter, and owns far too many records.

Jeremy Keeley will be moderating. We very much look forward to seeing you there.

As you know, our events are experiential and experimental and everybody, including Ash, comes on their learning edge. We will start at 9am, with coffees and teas available from 8:30am, and finish about 12:30. We won’t be providing lunch this time as Kay will be on holiday.
