Positive Ageing Secrets

Fri, 8th March, 2019 from 9:30 AM, in St Albans

We invite you to our St Albans location to hear more from Lynne Dorling and Sue Quelch on Positive Ageing – a topic dear to most of our hearts!

Sue is a nutritional therapist, who is passionate about the power of nutrition and lifestyle to transform our approach to health and ageing. Having mastered several of her own challenges through taking healthy eating to the next level (while still living a life!) she is keen to pass on some of the lesser known ‘secrets’ of building a solid foundation for optimum health through good nutrition.

Lynne is an experienced business coach and Positive Psychology practitioner who is intrigued by the Mind / Body connection. Her reading and research over the last couple of years has been concentrated on positive ageing and mental health. In particular, she has focused on the common character traits shared by ‘super – agers’ and is keen to share these with some tips on how to adapt your mind set to flourish in later life.

As usual, this event will be experiential and experimental. Lynne and Sue come on their learning edge and are keen to ‘pick your brains’ and explore how their experience and ideas can be applied in a wider context. Jeremy will be moderating.

The morning will start with some tasty (and healthy!) snacks. Could you also please bring along a favourite newspaper or magazine of your choice? Formal activities will start at 9:30am and finish by 12:45 at the latest.

Please use the details below to sign up.  We hope you will be OK with contributing £15 towards the cost of the accommodation, breakfast and including a small contribution towards our accounting and website costs.
